THE INVADE APPROACH

Clear thinking.
Considered action.

Bring structure to a complex requirement, with your objective at the centre of every conversation.

FROM AMBITION TO A PRACTICAL BRIEF

Understand what matters.
Connect what comes next.

The process should help you see the decisions ahead: what information is needed, who is responsible, and what depends on an independent assessment.

01

Understand the ambition.

Every useful conversation starts with context. We look at what you want to achieve, why it matters now and what a sensible next step could involve.

  • Your objective and timeframe
  • Your current position and commitments
  • The location and nature of the requirement
02

Prepare the details.

A clear requirement deserves a clear brief. Organising the right information helps surface gaps, dependencies and questions before an institutional assessment.

  • A concise requirement summary
  • Relevant commercial or personal context
  • An appropriate document checklist
03

Approach the right institutions.

The right route depends on eligibility, permissions and provider appetite. With your consent, we present the requirement to suitable institutions and compare what they offer on more than price.

  • Suitable banks, NBFCs, insurers or providers
  • Offers compared on cost, terms and conditions
  • Clear roles and permission to share information
04

Follow it through.

Keep documents, queries and conditions moving while institutions make their independent decisions, through sanction, placement, renewal or claim. Any recommendation or regulated activity requires the relevant authority.

  • Communication and follow-up
  • Sanction, policy or placement conditions
  • Renewals, servicing and claims support

BETWEEN YOU AND THE INSTITUTION

One requirement.
The right institutions.

We work as an intermediary. You bring the requirement, we structure it and take it to suitable banks, NBFCs, insurers and providers, and they make the decision.

  1. 01 / YOU

    Bring the requirement.

A home, a growth plan, a shipment or a family to protect. You share the purpose, the timing and the context.

  2. 02 / INVADE ENTERPRISE

    Structure and present it.

We organise the information, approach suitable institutions, compare what is offered and follow the file through.

  3. 03 / THE INSTITUTION

    Assess and decide.

Banks, NBFCs, insurers and product providers make their own credit, underwriting and pricing decisions.

Invade Enterprise does not lend its own funds, underwrite insurance or issue banking instruments.

BEFORE WE SPEAK

A useful conversation
starts simply.

Share a short description of your requirement and the market it relates to. Keep identity documents, account numbers and confidential financial records out of your initial message.

ABOUT THE PROCESS

Questions about
how we work.

01How long does the first conversation take?

Usually a short call is enough to understand the requirement, the market it relates to and the timing. Detailed document review follows only once the scope and secure sharing process are agreed.

02Do you approach more than one institution?

Where the requirement and our arrangements allow, we approach suitable institutions and compare what they offer on total cost, terms and conditions. We will tell you which institutions were approached; a comparison may not cover the entire market.

03Who makes the final decision?

You decide whether to proceed. The bank, NBFC, insurer or product provider decides on credit, underwriting, pricing and issuance. Invade Enterprise structures, presents and follows the requirement through.

04How are you paid?

Depending on the service, through a fee, a commission from the institution, or both. The arrangement is explained before an engagement begins.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Our commitments
to you.

A broker should make a decision clearer, not harder. These are the standards we hold ourselves to in every engagement.

  • Your interest, stated first.

We start with what you need and why, before any product or institution enters the conversation.

  • Remuneration in the open.

How we are paid, whether by fee or commission, is explained before an engagement begins.

  • More than a headline rate.

Offers are compared on total cost, fees, tenure, conditions, exclusions and servicing.

  • Consent before sharing.

Your documents go only to the institutions you approve, through an agreed secure process.

  • One point of contact.

From the first brief to sanction, placement, renewal or claim, you know who is following up.

  • Honest about limits.

If a requirement falls outside our permissions or arrangements, we say so plainly.
